There is no pain felt while LASIK surgery is being performed. This is due to the numbing eye drops that will be placed in your eyes before the surgery. While most patients do not complain of more than a minor discomfort the few days after surgery, there is usually no serious pain. If there is, then your doctor can prescribe you something for it.
